What do 12 months support and updates mean?

It means that when you buy an extension you have access to that extension and support for 12 months. When you own an extension for 12 months you can come back to the site anytime within 12 months and download the latest versions without paying again, this includes patches/updates and new Joomla! releases too.

 

I don't have a PayPal account how can I make a payment?

If you don't have a PayPal account don't worry you can still make a payment by selecting the PayPal option, PayPal has a guest account option that will let you pay with your credit/debit card.

 

I paid for a plugin but can't download or see a download link

Please make sure you created an account before the payment so that the order can be attached, if you didn't then simply create an account then send me an email via the contact form, I can see the payment via Paypal and I'll attach the order to your account for you.

 

 

I need support for the plugins I am using how can I get help?

If you need help then contact me directly by using the contact form on the contact me page.

 

Do you do customization of your plugins?

I don't do customization of plugins for each customer as I don't have the time, however if you have an idea for a customization then let me know, in the past a customer gave me an idea for one of my plugins that I thought was great, I made the changes and released it in the next version!
